Woodland Meadows Elementary School participates in project A=
CES
to kick off National Sport and Fitness Month. Throughout the school year and dur=
ing
this month, we emphasize, the importance of lifelong fitness and bring
attention to the importance of physical activity and the impact it can have=
on
our health.
We celebrate this day by having the entire school go down to=
the
football field and participate in physical activity for 15 minutes. This school wide event is a lot of
fun!
Please, get your children involved in fitness and sports. Encourage them to stay away from drugs and alcohol, eat properly, get plent= y of sleep and take pride in leading a healthy lifestyle!
