Classroom Procedures
Homework Homework
will be sent home on a daily basis. You can expect math homework just about
everyday. A student in 6th grade should have about an hour of homework
on most nights. If your child is consistantly spending more than an hour
on homework,please contact me immediatly.
Student
Planners Every student will
have their own planner to record assignments. Planners will be filled
in at the
end of the school day and taken home.
Late/Missing
Assignments Students
need to complete a "State Your Case" sheet in order to receive credit.
SNACKS Students may bring a snack to eat at any time during the day.
Birthdays You
may send a treat to school to celebrate your child's special day. We can
also celebrate 1/2 birthdays for students who have summer birthdays. Please
let Mrs. Turner know if you will be sending a treat.
Recess Students
have lunch recess about 4 times per week.
